鈣穩(wěn)定氧化鋯空心球、顆粒和粉末是鋯基定型耐火材料的優(yōu)質原料。它是一種經(jīng)過氧化鈣 (CaO) 化學穩(wěn)定的電熔氧化鋯。鈣穩(wěn)定氧化鋯在高溫下能夠保持其立方晶體結構。因此,其熱性能更佳,尤其具有高抗腐蝕性和抗熱震性。它可以防止定型耐火材料開裂。
Calcia-Stabilized Zirconia grain is a superior raw material for zirconium base shaped refractories. It is a type of fused zirconia that has been chemically stabilized with calcium oxide (CaO). Calcia stabilized zirconia can maintain its cubic crystal structure at high temperature. Thus the thermal performance is better especially with high anti-corrosion, and thermal shock resistance. It can avoid the shaped refractories cracking.
